Synopsis
An old man with a heart condition decides to fulfill his late wife's dying wish. During a tiring bike ride to the beach, memories come back. A story about two people and the decision that changed their lives...
Background
BitterSweet was created for the Gershwin Showcase project of the American Vail Film Festival in 2004 and the Gershwin Estate. For this project, filmmakers worldwide were invited to make a short film with music written by the famous Gershwin brothers and composers. BitterSweet has won the first prize of the Gershwin Showcase. A delegation from the film crew traveled to Vail, Colorado (USA) to attend the filmfestival.
